The Connecticut Association Resident Service Coordinators in Housing (CARSCH) 2016-2017 membership period began on May 31, 2016 and will end on May 31, 2017. The membership dues helps sustain CARSCH as a professional organization. There are over 90 RSC's working for various management companies/housing authorities throughout Connecticut. Our members have opportunities to participate in trainings, peer-supported programs, and to network with other professionals in the field of Resident Services Coordination. The annual membership fee is $ 25. 00 per member per year. The deadline for renewing membership without a lapse is May 31, 2016.   There will be a $5.00 LATE FEE added for dues not received by the May 31st.  For new hires, dues will be prorated throughout the year.
 
The membership benefits include: 
  • Professional related trainings, events, and activities
  • Access to the members only forum where professional questions may be asked, support provided, information obtained
  • RSC appreciation day
  • Reduced rates for other special events or activities such as the annual NERSC conference
  • The privilege to vote and serve as a leader of the organization 
  • Be listed in the CARSCH Membership Directory
  • Certificates of attendance for offered trainings
  • Opportunities to apply for a scholarship to the annual New England Resident Service Coordinators Conference (NERSC).

In partnership with CARSCH, and according to HUD RSC training guidelines, we pledge to continue to provide our members with educational programs that will keep them well informed and able to provide the best services for your housing populations.
